CHALLENGES AND PAIN AREA
Most of the orders were from the new eCommerce web and other online platforms and to manage these orders manually, working and providing the accurate delivery time was next to impossible and they do have an old edge Net suit system, where they need to feed these order details manually to process and invoice.
With a growing business, this has become very crucial to integrate and automate the entire order to dispatch system.
SUCCESS INDICATORS
The integration of eCommerce and another online platform just transform the business as now they are able to confirm the orders within a few hours, which was earlier 1 day. This has made the customers more convenient and the stock levels have been reduced, as they know which items to be acquired when timely system-driven alerts even make sure, nothing goes out of stock, including printing and embroidery material.
The order to dispatch time has been reduced from 16 days to 9 days. This has provided much-needed clarity to the management on the overall business point of view.
