They are one of the most promising emerging brands in the industry when they have decided to go for the implementation. Their aim is to grow big by serving better. They have the product which needs assistance at the time of installation sometimes and posts installation until the product is in the guarantee.
Serving better by supporting sales and after-sales best was the key as they understood and they have chosen to go for a sophisticated software solution to help them gain sustainable growth.
CHALLENGES AND PAIN AREA
First thing first, starting from raw material management to manufacturing planning was totally manual and the error in the process was leading to high delivery time and wrong commitments to the client.
Secondly, the process of managing and fulfilling the service requested from the existing customers. And lastly, low to no visibility in terms of the data, and reporting leads to less to no planned time.

They have reduced the order to dispatch time from almost half and that has given the most needed tailwind to the growth they were targeting. Second, the service request fulfilment time was reduced by 60% and the client feedback was amazing, this has given confidence to the entire management team and they have even rollout the Power BI reports to all the senior officers from manufacturing to sales and service and that has to give the workforce the right tool to take well planned and information backed decisions.
